  • By entering the promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the promotion and to take a prize if they are a winner.

  • Information on how to enter form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

  • Entrants must be 21 years of age or over, and be currently pregnant or the partner of a pregnant mum, or have recently had a baby, baby must be under 8months at the time of the photoshoot.

  • Entries agree to be added to the mailing of the following participating partners –  Rachel H Photography, White Fox Massage, Hair Couture Lawson, Blissful Beauty & Wild Mountain Child.  You can unsubscribe at any time.

How to enter

  • The Promotion commences Wednesday 21st of August at 9am and finishes at 9pm on Wednesday the 28th of August. Winner will be announced at 9.30am on 29th of August, 2024 via Rachel H Photography FB Live

  • Entry to this promotion is via the Landing page link and requires the entrant’s to Like and Follow Rachel H Photography, White Fox Massage, Hair Couture Lawson, Blissful Beauty & Wild Mountain Child, Facebook & Instagram pages.

  • The winner will be selected based on their response to the question of WHY they want to win in under 25 words. Entries over 25 words will be disqualified

  • There is a limit of one entry per entrant/family/household/IP address

How and when the winners will be selected

  • Winners will be selected by Rachel H Photography Studio moderators from all eligible entries received.

  • Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner will be contacted by telephone call. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within three (1) days of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter and a new winner will be selected.
